Terms and Conditions Agreement - Oakland Center for the Arts

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using the website, purchasing tickets, or participating in any program offered by the Oakland Center for the Arts, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or participate in our events.

Ticket Sales: Tickets purchased for performances must be used for the specified date and time and are non-transferable except as explicitly outlined by our policies.
